Apply a light layer to your face after cleansing and before going to bed and leave overnight.

Apply a thin layer of Sleep Mask to cleansed, dry skin using long movements from the centre of the face outwards. Avoid the eye area.

Massage in gently to aid absorption and remove any excess with a tissue.

Take some time to pamper yourself with an anti-aging face and neck massage.
Caress your face and neck while breathing slowly and deeply. Press down gently on your face with your fingers, starting from the centre and working upwards and outwards. To boost the regenerative effect of the massage, increase the pressure by pinching the skin lightly between your fingertips.
