Warm a small amount of Relief Comfort Cream between your fingers and apply to clean skin with long, sweeping strokes.

Apply the cream in 3 heart-shaped strokes using both hands: 1. Apply in a heart shape from the middle of the forehead to the chin. 2. Apply in a heart shape along the nose, cheekbones and down to the chin. 3. Apply in a heart shape along the top lip, cheeks and down to the chin. Repeat twice for a feeling of comfort and wellbeing.

You can also apply Relief Comfort Cream to your neck. Warm a small amount of cream between your fingers and apply it from the base of the neck upwards with long strokes.
